This material has the characteristics of resistance to acid, alkali, and various organic solvents, and it is almost insoluble in all solvents.
PTFP not only has the high resilience and low permanent deformation of rubber, but also has the low friction coefficient of plastic material, and has no adhesion to metal, which reduces the rotation resistance of the sealing system and improves the sealing effect and service life of the sealing ring.
In the actual working process, the PTEP sealing ring ensures that the rotating torque is small, the friction heat is low, and the abrasion is small; PTFE is bonded to the rubber sealing ring, and the high resilience of the rubber is used to reduce the sealing stress caused by the plastic deformation of the PTPE. Compensation to ensure stable flexibility and sealing effect of the air-sealed mechanism during long-term work.
