- PTFE not only has the high resilience and low permanent deformation of rubber brain, but also has the low friction coefficient of plastic material, and has no adhesion to metal, which reduces the rotation resistance of the dense system and improves the sealing effect and service life of the sealing ring. .
- In the actual working process, the PTFE sealing ring ensures that the rotating torque is small, the frictional heat generation is low, and the abrasion is small; PTFE is bonded to the rubber sealing ring, using the high resilience of rubber, the sealing caused by the plastic deformation of PTFE should be compensated for the reduction to ensure the stable flexibility and sealing effect of the air sealing mechanism during long-term operation.
