  • In the dynamic seal, the compression ratio has a great influence on the maximum contact stress of the contact surface between the O-ring and the inner wall of the box, and the maximum contact stress and the compression ratio change approximately in direct proportion. The compression rate should not be too large or too small, and should be controlled within the range of 8% to 17%.

 

  • In the dynamic seal, the maximum contact stress of the O-ring after matching the retaining ring increases with the increase of the medium pressure, and the sealing effect can still be achieved under the medium pressure of 35 MPa.
