How To Keep In Stock For The Seal?

• First, do not open the original packing to keep them clean to avoid any damage.
• Second, should be stored away from direct sunlight and keep in low humidity environment. Sunlight and moisture make rubber get ageing asap, and get the size of rubber or plastic material changing.
• Third, once it was opened, make sure there are no any other objects inside when repacked, and please kindly use the original packing bag.
• Fourth, should be stored away from electric machinery which could be produced ozone.
• At last, do not string up the seal and hang on the nail or metal wire, or the shape of seal get changing and damage the end of seal lip.
• When the color of seal is changing or there is white powder(Frosting appears), there is no effect on the seal.

The Role Of The Seal:

Each of the dynamic seals confine a hydraulic cylinder, which contains a specific perform that contribute towards the system’s performance:

(Rod and Piston) Functions: Prevents contact of metal-to-metal between parts, leading to keeping the piston and connecting rod accurately centered within the assembly of the cylinder. Helps in improving performance of the piston and rod waterproofing system.
